Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • In the original packaging with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at support@fitlooplab.com with your order number. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Certain items are non-returnable, including final sale items, gift cards, and hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable).

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
